组合式锡槽顶盖砖采用全组合结构，由桥砖模块、支撑砖模块和塞砖模块组合成四面支撑结构，从而提高了结构的可靠性。砖的热面材质为烧结硅线石砖，冷面为两层轻质保温砖，吊挂件是采用高温耐热合金钢，胸墙砖采用莫来石轻质砖。其优点是顶盖上下之间没有垂直通缝，不易在玻璃板上产生点状缺陷。该产品主要用于浮法锡槽顶盖和使用温度130O℃以下的炉顶系统。
The completed tin bath roof is assembled by bridge tile,support tile and plug tile combining four side supporting structure, whichincreases the stability of the whole structure.Working face adopts sintered silimanite and non-working face with lieghtweightinsulatingbrik, hangers are heat-resistant ally, and sidewallis lightveight insulating brick.The advantage of this structure is that there are novertical joints which can avoid spot defects on glass effectively. This kind of roof systemis used infloat tin bath and other kind of kinroofwhere working temperature is lower than 1300℃.
